Day 1 : Arrival at Marrakech Airport
Upon arrival at Marrakech Airport, we'll pick you up and take you to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, we'll start exploring Marrakech, known as the Red City, with a local guide who will show you important Moroccan landmarks such as the Majorelle Gardens, Koutoubia Tower, and Bahia Palace. After lunch, you'll visit the bustling square, a lively open stage filled with storytellers, dancers, musicians, and snake charmers. Enjoy some free time to explore the souks before returning to your hotel for dinner and a good night's rest.
Day 2 : Marrakech to Casablanca
We'll depart for Casablanca, the most cosmopolitan of Morocco's imperial cities. Discover the city's blend of old and new, from the 1930s residential blocks, the Anfa neighborhood, and the Hassan II Mosque to the modern United Nations Square and Boulevard Mohamed V. Spend the night at a 4-star hotel with dinner provided.
Day 3 : Casablanca - Rabat - Meknes - Fez
On day three, we'll head to Rabat, Morocco's administrative capital, and visit the Hassan Tower, the impressive Mohamed V Mausoleum, and the Kasbah of Oudaya with its beautiful gardens. Next, we'll journey to Meknes, the Ismailian capital, to explore the Bab Mansour gate, the city's ramparts, the Jewish quarter, and the royal stables. After visiting the ancient Roman city of Volubilis and Moulay Driss, we'll arrive in Fez for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4 : Fez Guided City Tour
Explore Fez, founded in 808 AD as the country's first political, cultural, and religious capital. Home to Africa's first university, the city is known for its walled Fes El Bali medina, lively souks, and old-world atmosphere. Tour the old medina on foot, visiting religious monuments and witnessing local artisans create masterpieces from metal sheets.
Day 5 : Fez - Midelt - Erfoud - Merzouga Dunes
Depart for Merzouga, passing through the stunning Ziz Valley and Errachidia, stopping in Midelt for lunch. Upon arrival, enjoy the hotel's pool before embarking on a camel trek at sunset in Erg Chebbi's dunes. At the nomadic desert camp, experience a magical night filled with delicious food and local music around the campfire. Overnight in tents among the Merzouga dunes.
Day 6 : Merzouga Dunes - Todra Gorges - Tinghir - Dades Gorges
Wake up early to witness a breathtaking desert sunrise. After breakfast at the camp, ride camels back to the hotel for a quick shower. Continue to Erfoud, Tinejdad, and Tineghir, stopping for lunch before visiting the Todra Gorges for a hike through the stunning canyons. Head to Boumalne du Dades for a panoramic view of the Dades Valley and overnight in a hotel.
Day 7 : Dades Gorges - Valley of Roses - Ouarzazate - Ait Benhaddou - Marrakech
After breakfast, drive to Ouarzazate via the Skoura Palm Grove, then visit the historic Kasbah Taourirt. Explore Ouarzazate's cinematic film studios before heading to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. Enjoy lunch near the monuments before continuing to Marrakech through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi N'tichka pass. Overnight in a Marrakech hotel with dinner provided.
Day 8 : Departure from Marrakech Airport
