Day 1 : Marrakech to Bomalen Dades via Ait Benhaddou Kasbah and Ouarzazate
Welcome to the first day of your 6-day Moroccan Desert adventure, commencing from Marrakech. After a hearty breakfast, we embark on a scenic journey across the Atlas Mountains. The day's highlight is the breathtaking view at Tizi-n-Tichka, located at an impressive 2260 m altitude. We then proceed to the historic Ksar Aît Benhaddou, a mesmerizing mud-brick city that has been the backdrop for several famous films, including "Game of Thrones". Next, we visit Ouarzazate, known as the "Hollywood of Morocco", followed by the fragrant Valley of Roses. We journey along the road of 1000 Kasbahs, showcasing the history of the once vital and fiercely contested trade route along the river oases. The day concludes in Bomalen Dades, where we retire for the night in a traditional hotel or riad.
Day 2 : Bomalen Dades to Erg Chebbi Dunes (Merzouga) via Draa Valley
Post breakfast, we set off towards the Erg Chebbi Dunes. Along the way, we visit the awe-inspiring Dades Gorge and Todra Gorge, a spectacle of nature's wonder. We traverse through picturesque oasis valleys, striking rock formations, and historic Kasbahs en route to Merzouga. A brief stopover in Erfoud allows for a visit to a fossil craft workshop. As the day ends, we reach the golden sands of the Sahara, where a camel ride and a magnificent sunset await.
Day 3 : Exploring Merzouga and Visiting Nomad Families
Following a traditional Moroccan breakfast, we embark on a regional tour, exploring the fossil-rich plains, old eyeliner coal mines, and meeting the Gnawa musicians. Experience the nomadic life by having tea under a hand-woven tent and savor Berber cuisine at a local restaurant. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon exploring the dunes or trying your hand at sandboarding. The day ends with an overnight stay at the hotel.

We start early today, heading towards Fes. Along the way, we stop to admire the lush Ziz valley and traverse through the Middle Atlas Mountains.
