Itinerary for 5 days tour from Marrakech to Fes

Day 1 : Marrakech - High Atlas Mountains - Telouet - Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzazate

Begin your journey with an 8:00 AM pick-up from your hotel and head to Telouet through the High Atlas Mountains and Tizi-n-Tichka pass. Visit Pasha Glaoui's Kasbah and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Ait Ben Haddou via the Ounila Valley and its Berber villages, then head to Ouarzazate for dinner and an overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 2 : Ouarzazate - Skoura Palm - Valley of Roses - Dades Gorges - Todra Gorges

After breakfast, visit the picturesque Kasbah of Amredil in Skoura's palm groves. Travel to the Valley of Roses, meet nomad families living in caves, and explore the rock formations at Dades Gorges. Continue to Boulmane du Dades for lunch before heading to Tineghir and Todra Gorges to admire the stunning canyons. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at a Kasbah hotel.

Day 3 : Todra Gorges - Erfoud - Erg Chebbi (Merzouga)

Stroll through palm plantations, breathe in the fresh air, and take in the scenic views of Todra River. Drive to Tinjedad for lunch at a local restaurant, then pass through villages such as Touroug and El-Jarf to reach Erfoud. Visit a local fossil craft workshop before heading to Erg Chebbi or Merzouga Dunes. Ride camels to a traditional nomad tent for an overnight stay amid the dunes.

Day 4 : Erg Chebbi - Nomad Family - Fossil Site - Dunes Tour

Rise early for a desert sunrise, followed by breakfast in the camp. Ride camels back to the hotel for a shower and embark on a 4x4 dunes tour. Visit black volcanic rock fossil sites, a nomad family in their tent, and the Khamlia village for Gnawa spiritual music. Enjoy lunch in Merzouga or Hassi Labied before exploring the canal irrigation system and oasis at the foot of the dunes. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5 : Merzouga - Erfoud - Midelt - Azrou - Ifrane - Fes

Explore Rissani's local market (Souks) before departing for Errachidia via Erfoud, Aoufous, and the Ziz Valley. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Aoufous oasis in the Tafilalte region, then continue to Midelt via the Tizi N'talghamt pass. After lunch, drive to Fes through the Cedar forest near Azrou, the Middle Atlas Mountains, and Ifrane, known as Morocco's Switzerland. Your driver will drop you off at your Fes accommodation.
